A casual Look at Google Blog Search

As the name says, Google Blog Search is a tool to search blogosphere. Blog Search was initially launched as just a basic tool to search blogs and has evolved overtime to include categories and stories on Homepage and added more features later. With all the improved features, Google Blog Search is a tool to be used more frequently if you wish to follow Blog world.

Taking a Look at HomepageGoogle Blog Search A casual Look at Google Blog Search image At the top, you have a Search Box where you can enter search query. In the Main Body, Top stories (Most talked about stories in Blog circle) are shown. Left side, you can select category to limit stories to a topic such as Technlogy or Sports. Every story has main story and related blog posts. If you click on main story, you would come to page to display all the related stories. On any page, you would see Subscribe links at the bottom of left panel. You can subscribe the stories in RSS feed. In the right panel, you can see search queries that are hot now. Below that Google has included recent posts.

    yeah well…never seems to pull my blog up on a search
