In an interesting policy change on eBay, Digital Goods can only be sold using Classified ads. eBay mentions potential for feedback manipulation as the reason for policy change.
Digital Goods include anything that is delivered electronically. It does not include CD, DVD etc.
Classified ads are fixed price format (Currently $9.95 for 30 day listing). It will be interesting to see why would sellers not just use Craigslist for these ads, which provides free listing . Ability to auction and build profile using buyer feedbacks were probably the primary reasons for paying eBay.
