“Simply Accounting cannot open the database because some database files are read-only. Please ensure you have sufficient rights to the files, then try again.”
If you are receiving above error while opening Company database in Windows Vista, Open Simply Accounting as administrator (Right click and select Run as administrator while executing Simply Accounting program).
